Here's that value study/ figure drawing thing. It's kinda rough, but It's something new for me, and I'm pretty happy with the outcome. Expect more of these over the coming week!
It looks good! I don't have any real critiques, other than you seem to have slightly conflicting light sources (head/neck compared to buttocks/leg), but that's probably outside of the point of the exercise...
Are you going to widen your value range in more exercises like this, or keep it more subtle? Also, it would be cool to see example images of what kind of styles and skills you're shooting for.
